The Daily Meditation lab

My name is Sara Copley, I am a professional mental health and well-being consultant. I created The Daily Meditation Lab to help people to cultivate the lives they want and need. Throughout my 20 years of experience, I have found that building a resilient, compassionate and steadfast relationship with oneself can be the catalyst to creating a happier, healthier, more authentic and fulfilled life.

  • Formal 8-week Mindfulness & Compassion group course (certificate provided).

  • 1:1 Formal Mindfulness & Compassion course (certificate provided).

  • Peaceful Practical & Positive Parenting 6 week course. 

  • Bespoke workshops and guest speaking events.

  • Corporate compassion and meditation training.

  • Daily Guided Mindful Meditation Group.

The Daily Meditation Lab also provides the unique opportunity to sustain learned practices by participating in optional weekly meditation groups. Research suggests that while the 8 week format of a Mindfulness course is effective in  delivering the foundations of Mindfulness and mindful meditation,  many participants report that they struggle to maintain their practice without the support and routine of a regular meditation group. 

Our online courses and meditation groups are set up to suit most time zones and designed for people who are beginners or who already practice mindful meditation.  

The Daily Meditation Lab can also facilitate courses and workshops for corporate clients and specialises in workplace programmes and bespoke workshops to best meet the requirements of unique working environments.
